Prior to founding Stratwell, Alex was a senior partner at a leading global management consulting firm, where he led the firm's Organization Practice in Asia. He began his career in investment banking, orchestrating complex financial restructurings that laid the groundwork for his eventual focus on human-centric organizational design. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.

Isabelle Dubois
Isabelle brings deep operational and strategic expertise from her 20-year career as a senior executive in the technology and telecommunications sectors. She has held P&L leadership roles in both high-growth and turnaround situations, giving her a unique, first-hand perspective on the challenges her clients face when translating high-level strategy into ground-level execution.
Her advisory work centers on helping leadership teams improve their operating rhythm, clarify decision governance, and lead large-scale change without sacrificing operational momentum. Before joining Stratwell, she was the COO of a publicly-traded software company where she oversaw a rigorous international expansion. She holds a Master's in Engineering from École Centrale Paris.

Michael has spent his career advising boards and senior leaders on their most critical talent and leadership challenges. He previously led the CEO & Board practice for a premier executive search and leadership advisory firm, giving him unparalleled access to the behavioral archetypes that drive ultimate corporate success. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Cambridge.
